RPO reviews arrangements at free flour supply centres.

RAWALPINDI -- Regional Police Officer Rawalpindi Region (RPO) Syed Khurram Ali visited the two free wheat flour supply centres at Liaquat Bagh and Nasirabad, and reviewed security arrangements and other related issues.

CPO Rawalpindi Syed Khalid Hamdani was also present there and briefed the RPO about the security arrangements and other related issues.

CPO Rawalpindi said that adequate security arrangements had been made at the wheat flour supply centres which are also checked by officers at different times.

The RPO directed sufficient force should be deployed at the free wheat flour centres so that no incident of malpractice takes place and supervisory officers should also visit the centres at different times to review the arrangements and ensure appropriate measures are taken.

Meanwhile, the City Traffic Police have deployed additional police personnel to further improve the traffic arrangements at the free flour distribution points in Rawalpindi district.
