RAWALPINDI -- The newly posted Regional Police Officer (RPO) Ashfaq Ahmed Khan and City Police Officer Athar Islmail on Monday assumed their offices with a pledge to further improve the Rawalpindi police.
Regional Police Officer (RPO) Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Ashfaq Ahmad Khan visited Police Lines Headquarters, where he was welcomed by senior police officers.
The RPO expressed hope that City Police Officer Athar Ismail will play his role in further improving the Rawalpindi police's performance.
Ashfaq Ahmad Khan visited the memorial of martyrs, laid a flowers wreath and prayed for them.
