Retired employees deprived of insurance payment hold demo.

LARKANA -- Retired government servants of various departments held a protest demonstra-tion at Jinnah Bagh on Friday for payment of group insurance.

The protesters, including Aijaz Abro, Ali Gul Chandio, Raza Ali Shah, Abdul Kha-lique Channo, Ghulamullah Sangi, Altaf Suhag and Afsar Qureshi, while talking to media said that the Sindh government was constantly keeping its aged retired employees on fake promises and commitments, but it had done nothing concrete yet to take care of its old employees despite tall claims.

They said that when the group insurance amount was monthly deducted from their salaries, then why it was being delayed on one or another pretext. They de-manded of the relevant agencies to launch a high level...
