Relocation of uplift schemes protested.

GHALANAI -- The worker of Awami National Party organised a demonstration and blocked Peshawar-Bajaur Road on Saturday against shifting of development schemes from one tehsil to another in Mohmand tribal district.

The ANP workers led by MPA Nisar Mohmand blocked the road in Ekkaghund for two hours due to which a large number of vehicles were stuck and the commuters faced problems.

Addressing the protesters, Nisar Mohmand said that all the government machinery was being utilised against him which was injustice with people of his constituency, PK-103.

He said that MPAs had equal rights of schemes of Annual Development Programme. He said in Mohmand, the MNA was busy in inaugurating all development schemes.

The MPA said that development schemes were transferred from one tehsil to another tehsil which was totally unacceptable to them.
