Rana Sana pleads for recovery of his bullet-proof car.

LAHORE -- PML-N leader and former provincial law minister Rana Sanaullah Khan has approached the Lahore High Court challenging a trial court's decision of not giving him back his bulletproof car impounded by the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) following a drug case against him.

Mr Khan, through his counsel pleads in a petition that as per the FIR the ANF had recovered the alleged drug from a bag in his car. However, he submits, the ANF also impounded his car unlawfully.

He states that since he served as a law minister in Punjab and took rigorous actions to curb terrorism in the province. Following threats to his life, he said, he purchased a bulletproof car.

Mr Khan contends that the provincial government had undertaken before the LHC in 2018 that proper security would be provided to him.
