Rana asks PFF NC to ensure fair registration of clubs.

LAHORE -- Former Punjab Football Association (PFA) vice-president Rana Zia has asked the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) Normalisation Committee to register all the clubs in the province without and discrimination.

In a press release, Zia said that during the 16-year term of Faisal Saleh Hayat as the PFF president, clubs in Punjab weren't registered.

'After the game was kept hostage for 16 years by the previous setup, now it is time to work on its rehabilitation under a fast track programme,' he said.

He claimed that currently 550 football clubs in the province were registered and the number could be increased to 1500.
