Rain expected in twin cities today.

RAWALPINDI -- Rainfall is expected in the twin cities on Tuesday (today) while snow is expected in Murree, the Met Office said.

A westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country and is likely to persist during the next few days.

According to a Met Office official, rain was expected in upper Punjab, Islamabad, Potohar region, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
