LAHORE -- Punjab Assembly Secretary Rai Mumtaz made a statement on Sunday claiming that he was coerced to provide a testimony against former Punjab Chief Minister Parvez Elahi.
Appearing before the court, Mr. Mumtaz asserted that he was also compelled to give a statement against Muhammad Khan Bhatti, stating that he was taken to various locations during his detention.
