JACOBABAD/ KARACHI -- The Special Assistant to CM Sindh for Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Syed Qasim Naveed Qamar has taken notice of a news report of a terminated differently-abled employee of the Municipal Committee Jacobabad, who attempted to set himself on fire.
