Punjab Govt submits progress report in SC coronavirus suo moto case.

ISLAMABAD -- The Punjab government has submitted a progress report on the coronavirus suo motu case in the Supreme Court.

The report submitted By: Punjab government says that 628 ventilators were allocated for coronavirus patients across the province and over 11,000 tests are being carried out daily in the province. The report also states that safety equipment was provided to the not only health professionals but also cleaning staff deployed in dealing with coronavirus affectees.

With reference to the locust hoard attacks, the report said that the Rabi crop was not harmed By: locusts. The locust attacks affected a total of 25,000 acres of Punjab's cultivated land.
