GILGIT -- Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate Syed Sohail Abbas has won from the GBA-3 constituency of GilgitBaltistan, whereas the newly elected members will take oath on November 25. The elections in other constituencies were held on Nov 15. However, elections in the GBA-3 constituency were postponed, due to the death of PTI candidate and local president Jaffar Shah.
