PTI lawmaker Arsalan Taj sent on physical remand.

KARACHI -- An anti-terrorism court remanded Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Arsalan Taj to the police on two-day physical remand. The PTI leader is facing charges pertaining to a rioting outside the office of Keamari's deputy commissioner.

The court presented the lawmaker before the court. The court remanded him to police custody and sought a report from the investigating officer at the next hearing.

While outside the court, Taj said that his party workers were undeterred by arrests and would stand by their leader Imran Khan.
