PTI Blasts Sindh Govt For 'Fascism', Demands Haleem's Immediate Release.

ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Thursday lashed out at the Sindh government for its alleged rising tendencies to silence the political opponents, demanding immediate release of opposition leader in the Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh.

Speaking at the press conferAence here flanked by senior party leader Imran Ismail, PTI Senior Vice President Fawad Chaudhry said that if someone wanted to see any 'face of fascism,' it was the Sindh government. He urged that the provincial government should release Sheikh who was merely being punished for his loyalty with PTI Chairman ImAran Khan. Chaudhry said that the Sindh government would get nothing by such brutal tactics, as the Pakistan People's Party (PP) should be ready to face Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) like thrashing at the hands of the PTI in the forthcoming elections.

He stated that there was no such thing as the government in the country, as the federation was silent on all the problems facing the country. Foreign MinAister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari did not go to his office for 12 days, which spoke volumes of his non-seriousness to run the afAfairs of his ministry, he added. He accused that Bilawal Bhutto was living in a dream world and knew nothing. 'Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) Tariq Fatemi went to America to do lobbying for premier Shahbaz Sharif, however, he faced failure in the lobbying,' he maintained.
