Property dealer shot dead.

TOBA TEK SINGH -- A property dealer was murdered by two persons in Faisalabad on Monday over a monetary dispute.

According to the D Type Colony police, complainant Tahir Mahmood said that he and his deceased brother Qamar Javed were riding a motorcycle in Millat Colony when two gunmen, also riding a motorcycle, shot at and injured Qamar. He was rushed to the Samanabad hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The complainant claimed that Qamar had brokered the sale of a property of Shabbar Shah and the buyer had given Rs5 million as an advance to Shah through his brother.

He said a few days ago, harsh words were exchanged between Qamar and Shah when the deceased asked him to return the advance money, to which Shah arranged shooters who killed his brother. Police were conducting raids to arrest the accused.
