Probe team gets rewards for arresting anchor's 'killers'.

KARACHI -- Police authorities on Thursday awarded cash and other rewards to the investigation team that probed the murder case of BOL TV anchor Mureed Abbas and his friend over a monetary dispute in Defence recently and succeeded in arresting the suspects, according to officials.

DIG South Sharjeel Kharal said that the probe team had succeeded in arresting fugitive suspect Adil Zaman, brother of prime suspect in the murder case, Atif Zaman.

He said that raids had been conducted in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and several other places for the arrest of the suspect.
