ISLAMABAD -- President Dr. Arif Alvi has urged universities to prepare more skilled professionals as per emerging market trends as there is a huge need for skilled people in the country as well as across the globe.

President Dr. Arif Alvi gave these remarks while chairing the 4th meeting of the Senate of National Skills University (NSU), Islamabad, at Aiwan-e-Sadr on Thursday. Members of the Senate, including the Vice-Chancellor of NSU, Prof Dr Muhammad Mukhtar, attended the meeting.

Addressing the meeting, the President asked the management of NSU to constitute a committee to chalk out a plan to upscale and multiply the number of students at the University.
