POWER OUTAGES.

Consumers in Togh Bala and Payan areas on Tuesday resented excessive electricity loadshedding.

In a statement, Togh welfare organisation chairman Inaam Khan threatened that people would take to the streets if prolonged outages were not ended.

He regretted that Peshawar Electric Supply Company chief executive officer Yousuf Khan had failed to honour promises to end the unscheduled loadshedding. He claimed people were braving 20-hour outages in a day. He demanded a new feeder for the area.

RADIO RESUMES SERVICES: The transmissions of Kohat Radio's FM 101.4 resumed the other day after remaining suspended for over a month.
