Police baton-charge protesting nurses in Karachi.

KARACHI -- The police baton-charged protesting SPSC written test passed contract nurses as they tried to march towards Sindh Assembly for their regularization on Tuesday. A female staff nurse injured during protest and her leg was also broken while several other were also received injuries due to police baton charge. The protest demonstration was held under the banner of COVID-19 Nurses Alliance Sindh. They protesters were carrying and placards inscribed with different slogans like; justice for nurses, regularization of nurses, fulfill promise made with nurses and others.
