THE falcon is a famous bird of prey and a trained bird can fetch thousands of dollars as wealthy Arabs use them for hunting houbara bustard. This is the primary reason falcons are disappearing from Pakistan's skies as poachers are exporting them to affluent customers in the Gulf countries.
