LAHORE -- The Raiwind police claimed on Sunday to have arrested a proclaimed offender 12 years after he opened fire on police.
Nafees and Ramzan were involved in opening fire on a police party during patrolling in 2008 and a case under 7 of Anti-Terrorism Act was registered against them in the Township police station.
