TOBA TEK SINGH -- Rajana police arrested from Faisalabad a proclaimed offender (PO) in a case 16 years after he committed the murder.
District police spokesman Attaullah told the reporters Farhat Abbas Gadhi of Chak 194-GB, Tarkhua, and his four accomplices had shot dead his relative, Kamal Khan Gadhi, over a land dispute on Jan 25, 2004.
