PML-N demands Afridi's resignation.

LAHORE -- Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Wednesday demanded the resignation of Narcotics Minister Shehryar Afridi and all others who levelled 'false allegations' against PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah who was granted bail in a drugs case. In a conversation with media persons after a ceremony marking Christmas, Jinnah's birth anniversary as well as PML-N supreme leader Nawaz Sharif's birthday, PML-N Spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb said: 'Prime Minister Imran Khan is kidnapping the political opponents.' 'The selected government is about to be toppled,' she said and added those levelling allegations against Rana Sanaullah should resign. The PML-N spokesperson said that the prime minister cannot become a capable person by putting opponents behind bars, adding that false allegations were levelled against the PML-N leaders, but the courts granted them bails.

Marriyum said Quaid-eAzam had laid the foundation of the supremacy of the constitution and law and two-nation theory and PMLN supremo Nawaz Sharif had tried to run the country as per principles of the founder of the nation.
