Islamabad High Court (IHC) has remarked said Prime Minister (PM) says right that there are two Pakistan here, one for affluent and powerful people and second for the poor people. Chief Justice IHC Athar Minallah gave these remarks while hearing the case pertaining to non payment of compensation to the people who were affected due to construction of new sectors in Islamabad. CJ IHC while expressing annoyance over non payment of compensation to the affectees remarked ' PM says correct that here there are two Pakistan here, not one.
