ISLAMABAD -- Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday stressed for immediate and sustainable measures to pass on the fruits of improved economic indicators in the country to common man.

He was presiding over a meeting of economic team here during which he was apprised of improvement in the country's economic indicators.

The meeting was attended by federal ministers Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtiar, Dr Abdul Hafeez Sheikh, Hamar Azhar, Asad Umar, advisors Abdul Razzak Dawood and Dr Ishrat Hussain, State Bank Governor Reza Baqir, Special Assistant Waqar Masood, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Minister Taimur Saleem Jhagra, Punjab Finance Minister Hashim Jawan Bakht and senior officers concerned.

The prime minister expressed his satisfaction over the progress of large scale industrial sector, record performance of the construction sector and the growing exports of textile sector.
