Pilots martyred as PAF trainer jet crashes near Mianwali.
MIANWALI -- A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) trainer jet FT-7 has crashed near Punjab's Mianwali district and two pilots lost their lives in the incident, confirmed PAF spokesperson on Tuesday.
The PAF trainer FT-7 was crashed during a routine operational training mission near the Mianwali district where two pilots including Squadron Leader Haris Bin Khalid and Flying Officer Ibadur Rehman were martyred.
The air headquarters constituted a high-level board to ascertain the reason behind the incident.
Earlier in the day, a plane was reportedly crashed near Chah Miana, located in the suburbs of Punjab's Mianwali district, police sources told ARY News on Tuesday morning.
