PHA to organize week-long spring festival at Shamsabad Park from April 21.

RAWALPINDI -- Parks and Horticulture Agency (PHA) will organize a week-long spring festival at Shamsabad Park which will be kicked off on April 21 to provide recreation to the

residents of the twin cities.

According to Chairman PHA, Asif Mehmood, the arrangements were being finalized to organize a beautiful festival. The PHA would arrange the festival at the Shamsabad park where swings, food stalls, cut flower, magic and bird shows, book exhibition, face-painting, shopping area would be arranged and other recreational facilities would be provided to the citizens.

'The basic aim of the festival will be to provide an opportunity to the citizens to have fun during this spring season,' said the PHA Chairman.
