PDM playing with people's lives, economy: FM Qureshi.

MULTAN -- Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that the opposition's public meetings amid Covid-19 pandemic are not only playing with people's lives but also damaging the country's economy.

"After 70 years, the country got honest leadership in the shape of Prime Minister Imran Khan, however, the PDM [Pakistan Democratic Movement] does not want the progress of the country," he said while talking to the people of constituencies NA-156 and NA-157 in Multan on Sunday.

FM Qureshi reiterated that the journey of progress would continue with the same pace. "The opposition cannot deceive the masses on the pretext of hollow slogans and democracy."

The people, he said, are now politically mature and they understood tactics of the opposition.
