KARACHI -- The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) decided to reduce the number of centrally contracted players, sources said. According to sources, the central contract awarded to 33 players finished on June 30, with the PCB deciding to cut the number of centrally contracted players from 33 to 15 to 17 for the new season. Sources said the new central contract will be awarded to 15 to 17 players who play all the three formats of the game to.
