Non-payment of Salary: Shc Issues Notice to Secretary Education, Dg Colleges

The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday issued notice to Secretary Sindh Education and Literacy Department and Director General of Colleges Sindh in an application against non-compliance of Ombudsman’s order regarding the issue of non-payment of salary to applicant.

The applicant Farzana Naz, moved court through application, submitting she had been performing her duties as Naib Qasid at Government Girls College Korangi no.6 Karachi since 25-01-2007.

She submitted that she was issued services identity card under signature of principal of college. However, she added that since her appointment till date she had not been paid her salary, although she had been performing duty regularly and availed any leave during her whole service.
