Parliament a supreme institution, all the problems can be resolved in parliament: IHC.

ISLAMABAD -- Chief Justice (CJ) Islamabad High Court (IHC) Athar Minallah has remarked parliament is a supreme institution and all the problems can be addressed in parliament while the court is not a political forum. He further remarked ' restoring internet service or otherwise is a provincial government matter. We will not issue any order. All the citizens are equal. Internet facility should become available in village as well'. He gave these remarks while hearing a petition seeking immediate restoration of 3-G and 4- G internet services in tribal districts on Wednesday. Defense counsel Abdul Rahim told the court internet services stand shut in tribal areas since 2016 and petition is pending hearing since six months. Nothing has been done so far. CJ IHC remarked all these districts of former FATA have now become districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). Using internet is right of every citizen. Security reasons have become strange.
