THE Covid-19 pandemic has made a mess of the common man's daily routine. The federal and provincial governments have implemented the lockdown to ensure the people remain safe during the pandemic

The lockdown has now been in force for almost two months. All educational institutions are closed till July 15.

The prime minister realising that a complete lockdown was adversely affecting the daily wagers directed that it be relaxed. Hence the federal and provincial governments have allowed the resumption - in varying degrees - of many activities subject to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

In Punjab, the provincial administration has allowed indoor activities like gymnasiums, while parks have not been allowed to reopen.
