Palestine is a part of Islam, Ehsan khazaei.

Islamabad -- In his statement, on the occasion of International Al Quds Day, Ehsan khazaei, Cultural Counsellor of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Islamabad has said that the last Friday of the holy month of Ramazan has been named as the International Day of Quds with the special foresight and worldview of the great founder of the Islamic Revolution. Quds Day is a lasting heritage and one of the most important valuable relics of Imam Khomeini(R.A).

Holding Quds Day shows the confrontation between right and wrong and the lineup of justice against oppression, he said.

This sentence was a relic of Imam Khomeini (ra) that "Palestine is a part of Islam" because it was forgotten at some point in time and the issue was reminded and revived thanks to the political view of Imam Khomeini.

Ehsan Khazai said that this day is not only the day of Palestine, but also the day of the Islamic Ummah, so for many years, the issue of Quds and Palestine, along with fasting during the holy month of Ramadan, has become the most important concern of the Islamic world.
