PAL releases Rs63m honorarium for deserving writers.

ISLAMABAD -- The Pakistan Academy of Letters (PAL) has released an honorarium of Rs63 million for deserving writers and the bereaved families of the writers.

This was stated by Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training and National Heritage and Culture Shafqat Mahmood on the occasion of the delivery of financial aid to writers by the PAL.

He said in the current situation when the poor labourers were facing problems, the deserving writers were also facing financial difficulties.

The financial aid has been released online because of coronavirus.
