Pakistani masses are firmly standing with its armed forces: Dr. Firdous.

SIALKOT -- Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that Pakistani masses are firmly standing with its armed forces.

Firdous Ashiq Awan, while addressing a press conference in Sialkot on Sunday, said that India is spreading wrong information to the world after carrying out provocative actions along Line of Control (LoC) in order to divert attention from its internal situation.

She said that Pakistan's founder Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had realised the theory of RSS [Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh] at the time of independence movement which is proved as India's claims for being a largest democratic state have now exposed.

Awan added India is now propagating against Pakistan to divert world's attention from its internal conflicts, whereas, Pakistani media is highlighting facts to expose New Delhi's cruel face. The special assistant said that the chaos created across India due to its controversial citizenship bill.

Firdous Ashiq Awan said that Indian government wants to divert the attention from the internal unrest and law and order situation while carrying out provocative actions at Working Boundary and Line of Control (LoC) and is busy in providing disinformation to the world. She said that the Indian claim of occupying any Pakistani village is baseless, adding that it is traditional action of India which it repeats.

She said that Pakistani armed forces are alert and Pakistani masses are standing behind the armed forces, adding that Pakistani armed forces are fully resolved to foil the heinous Indian designs. She said that Pakistani media is showing facts, adding that the border situation is reaching to the world through Pakistani media. She said that the ugly Indian face is being exposed in front of the world through Pakistani media.

Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said controversial Citizenship Act has exposed so called India's democratic and secular face.

While criticising the opposition leadership, she said that Bilawal Bhutto only remembers Benazir Bhutto when there is her anniversary or there is any election. She said that Bilawal Bhutto was selected through a chit and he entered in Pakistani politics like skylab, adding that Bilawal is termed PM selected.
