Pakistan to celebrate Eidul Azha on July 10.

KARACHI -- Eidul Azha will be celebrated in the country on July 10, as Central Ruet-i-Hilal Committee chairman Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad announced the Zilhaj moon was not sighted on Wednesday.

Talking to the media at Met Office after chairing a committee's meeting, he said credible evidences as per Sharia were not received from different cities regarding the sighting of Zilhaj moon. 'Therefore, the Ruet-i-Hilal Committee officially announces the commencement of the month of Zilhaj from July 1,' he added.
