ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan Qaumi Zuban Tehreek on Sunday organized rallies in different cities of the country to press the demand for enforcement of Urdu language in the country. The leaders of the Pakistan Qaumi Zuban Tehreek demanded of the government to implement the Urdu language in every field of life in the country.

The rallies were organized in front of press clubs of all the major cities of the country including Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sahiwal, Jhang, Hyderabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Nowshehra, Ziarat, Sibbi, Sialkot, Daska, Pasroor, Narowal, Khanewal, Larkana, Jhelum, Attock, Haripur, Mirpur, Mirpur Khas, Rawalakot, Bagh, Poonch, Hajeera, Neelum Valley, Jhelum Valley, Malakand, Swat and other cities.

The central rally was carried out from Lahore Press Club to Punjab Assembly Hall headed by Central President of Pakistan Qaumi Zuban Tehreek Muhammad Jamil Bhatti and was attended by Vice President Professor Muhammad Saleem Hashmi, President Pakistan Qaumi Zuban Tehreek Women Wing Fatima Qamar and other leaders.
