Pakistan Post making efforts to modernize, computerize all post offices.

ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan Post was endeavoring to computerize all the post offices in the country to provide viable customer service.

An official of Pakistan Post told reporter that the department was facing two striving to increase competition and introduce advancement in communication technology.

'Pakistan Post has recently introduced several new products and services including mobile application, remittance initiative, Electronic Money Order Doorstep, Same day delivery service, which cater need of every citizen,' he said.

He said the modernization plan intends to achieve wider reach to the customers, better service and growth through new lines of business.

Pakistan Post is providing postal services in every nook and corner of the country through a network of around 13,000 post offices.
