Pak Iran Horizons of cooperation are very clear, Mehdi Honordost.

Islamabad -- Iranian Ambassador Mehdi Honodost has said that despite the negative propaganda, Chabahar and Gawadar have some agreements and sister hood relations, Chabahar is the best window for Pakistan for having access to the Central Asia.

In an exclusive interview with reporter, Iranian Ambassador said that we have some program for getting more closer to each other regarding these two harbours, so very soon we are waiting for the one mixed delegation from Iran and Pakistan visiting these two harbours, with this cooperation these harbours can achieve more and more.

While talking about the the outcomes of the campaign of Prime Minister Imran Khan, for arbitration between Iran and Saudi Arabia, Mehdi Honordost said that Iran is looking for peace and tranquility in the region, specially among muslim brothers, any overture in this regard is welcome, three years back Pakistan initiated mediation between Iran and Saudis, we welcomed it and announced our clear stance and position regarding the overture, after that Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan visited Tehran and Riyadh, and in Tehran met with high authorities.

'In Tehran our high authorties have announced very clear stance that we are ready for more cooperation and tranquility among the muslim countries, and right now it is under the process, and Inshallah we will meet our targets, not only aomong Iran and Saudis and in other areas of the world' he added.

"Our region third world countires have a number of flash points, and also vulnerable points, and we believe that our leaders sagacity and their wisdom can overcome these weak points, as far as the India and Pakistan issue is concerned, as a good will gesture our Foreign Minister has offered a mediation role, if these both countries can accept it", he added.

Right now the trade between Pakistan and Iran is good but we are not convinced, if we look at the potentials of the both countries, it is regrettable.
