PAF's `Operation Swift Retort` demonstrates valour against Indian aggression: Cheng Xizhong.

BEIJING -- On the second anniversary of Operation Swift Retort, India should seriously rethink why it has repeatedly failed in border conflicts with neighboring countries, Cheng Xizhong, visiting professor at Southwest University of Political Science and Law said on Sunday.
