PAC orders investigation into Broadsheet scandal.

ISLAMABAD -- Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has ordered a full investigation into the Broadsheet scandal. Chairman PAC Rana Tanveer Hussain said that who paid how much money and when, everything will be investigated.

A meeting was held in the Parliament under the chairmanship of Chairman Public Accounts Committee Rana Tanveer Hussain in which Rana Tanveer said that no action is taken when Public Accounts Committee issues production orders of any member. On which Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that the Speaker National Assembly cannot stop the production orders issued by any committee chairman.

Boycotting the PAC, Sheikh Rohail Asghar said that the reputation of the Public Accounts Committee in the cabinet was affected. Raja Perveez Ashraf said that there was a serious allegation in the cabinet that PAC handles audit objections after taking billions of rupees.
