Oxfam-MDF kits distribution drive.

ISLAMABAD -- HumanAitarAian organisation Oxfam has initiated a drive for the distribution of 1,400 hygiene kits in Sindh to actively respond to Covid-19 pandemic.

In partnership with ManaAgement and Development Foundation (MDF), the kits will be distributed among families belonging to low-income farming communities in Hyderabad, Tando Mohammad Khan and Badin districts, according to an Oxfam statement issued here on Thursday.

Women-led families working in fields amid Covid-19 outbreak are among the beneficiaries of the drive as they are in much need of safety kits and personal protective equipment (PPE) that could protect them from the contagion during their routine work, says the statement.
