LANE Number 4 off Main Peshawar Road is a densely populated locality of the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB). Its residents are living in miserable conditions owing to choked gutters and overflowing sewerage.

The road was dug up in November 2018 to lay pipelines alongside the sewerage drain and have not since then been recarpeted. With the passage time the lane has become dilapidated and the sewerage drains have also collapsed.
