Organize seminars in collaboration with KATI for awareness: DG Sindh Food Authority.

KARACHI -- Sindh Food Authority (SFA) Director General Agha Fakhar Hussain has said that licenses will be issued immediately to all the members recommended by the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI). Seminars will be organized in collaboration with KATI for awareness. He expressed these views on the occasion of his visit to the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI). President Faraz-ur-Rehman, Deputy Patron-in-Chief Zubair Chhaya, Senior Vice President Nighat Awan, Vice President Muslim Mohammadi, Former Presidents Saleem-uz-Zaman, Fazal-e-Jalil, Farrukh Mazhar, Standing Committee Chairman Omar Sun, Deputy Director Masood Bhutto and other officials were also present. DG Sindh Food Authority further said that laboratories will be set up at the district level so that the industrialists do not face any problems. Agha Fakhr Hussain said that they are aware of the problems and working to make laws better. He said that high-performing institutions will be appreciated and awarded. DG Sindh Food Authority said that they will fully cooperate with KATI. Steps are being taken to implement international standards in the industry. Officers harassing industrialists have been replaced by women officers. Earlier, KATI President Faraz-ur-Rehman said that the food industry is a very important sector. Public health is also related to this sector. However, fake products in the market which are against hygiene norms should be immediately controlled.
