KARACHI -- The opposition leader in Sindh Assembly, Firdous Shamim Naqvi, said on Thursday that the Pakistan Peoples' Party (PPP) is paying lip service to people of Sindh province as it is not ready to give chairmanship of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) to opposition in Sindh assembly.
