Only option before PM is to step down, says Bilawal.

LARKANA -- Pakistan Peoples Party chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has no other option but to step down.

Bilawal said in his separate meetings with the party's lawmakers and leaders at Naudero House on Thursday that people were demanding Imran Khan's resignation. The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf government would prove to be the most corrupt in the history of Pakistan, he said.

Bilawal had a detailed meeting with Gul Mohammad Jakhrani, former federal law minister, and president of PPP Kashmore-Kandhkot chapter and discussed party affairs and proposed anti-government protest campaign.

He also met with Mumtaz Chang, PPP MPA in Punjab Assembly, and Mir Abid Sundrani from Kashmore, member of Sindh Assembly, and discussed obtaining political situation with them, said party sources.

According to PPP's media cell, Bilawal discussed with Sundrani the situation in Sindh in particular the party affairs in Kashmore. The lawmaker briefed the party chairman about the state of affairs in his constituency.

Bilawal said that Kashmore people had always lent support to PPP in elections and hence the party would continue to look after them and carry out uninterrupted development in different sectors in the area.
