Oil price fixed according to global market, says Ajmal.

PESHAWAR -- Adviser to Chief Minister on Information Ajmal Khan Wazir has said that petrol prices are fixed according to the global market and opposition is playing politics on the issue which is beyond understanding.

Briefing journalists at Civil Secretariat here, he said that coronavirus damaged the entire world economy. He said that political point scoring in those turbulent times was regrettable. He urged the opposition parties to avoid it.

Mr Wazir said that PML-N and the PPP ruled the country for 30 years and were responsible for the poor economy of the country.

He said that the country was on the right track under the leadership of Imran Khan but the opposition was unable to appreciate it.

The adviser said that if PML-N and PPP were in government at that time, there would have been no hope for people.

He said that it was a blessing of God that the country's premier was Imran Khan in those tough times.
