PESHAWAR: Adviser to chief minister on tourism and culture Zahid Chanzeb has expressed his displeasure over the failure of the transferred secretaries and other officers for not returning the official vehicles and other equipment of the department of tourism, culture and archaeology despite his instructions to this effect.
