ISLAMABAD -- Former chairman Appellate Tribunal (Customs Sales Tax and Federal Excise) Mohammad Sulaiman passed away on Thursday. He was 79.
He had a cardiac arrest and could not survive. The deceased was survived by a wife, two sons and two daughters.
