APROPOS the four letters (Nov 4, Nov 9, Dec 19 and Jan 11) regarding regular number plates and fines by traffic police.

I purchased a new car on Jan 11, 2018, and despite the passage of two years, am still waiting for the excise and taxation department to issue my vehicle's regular number plate. This delay of a little more than two years speaks volumes about the excise department's and Sindh government's inefficiency.
