No one can dissolve assemblies on a whim: Bizenjo.

QUETTA -- No individual has the right to dissolve assemblies on a whim because a legislature represents the people, and is not 'somebody's fiefdom', Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo said on Tuesday.

'Assemblies and governments represent the people who elect them through their votes,' he said when reporters sought his views on the dissolution of the Punjab Assembly.

'As long as I am the chief minister, I'll continue to serve the people of Balochistan without wasting even a second,' the chief minister said.
